Mrs. Turnbull is a recognized expert in Organization Development, Staff Management and Human Resources (HR).
She has a diversified background, including over 10 years’ experience in team leadership, advisory expertise, and training and development. Her skill set integrates organizational development and HR strategy, which is supported by her experience with diverse sectors including, international financial institutions, financial services, manufacturing, non-profit, government and education. She has continuously demonstrated advanced knowledge in providing a people-centered management style in order to achieve strategic organizational results. She provides simple, focused, yet efficient solutions to complex organizational and talent management challenges to our clients. Prior to her work with the Quiah Group, Mrs. Turnbull worked with such institutions as The World Bank, International Monetary Fund, PNC Bank, as well as the public school system.
Mrs. Turnbull holds a MBA in Organization Development from Carey Business School, Johns Hopkins University; a Master of Divinity, from Howard University School of Divinity; and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Kogod School of Business, The American University, Washington, D.C.
