Job Description

 Are you a licensed therapist with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their highest potential? Quiah Group is seeking skilled Therapist III professionals for short-to-long term positions that offer the opportunity to make a significant impact through a range of therapeutic interventions. Travel opportunities may also be available.

Responsibilities

  • Perform therapeutic interventions and evaluations as a licensed occupational or physical therapist.
  • Assess clients’ needs and progress using a variety of evaluative tools.
  • Design and fabricate adaptive equipment, instructing clients in its proper use.
  • Select and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.
  • Develop and promote clients’ daily living skills, overall fitness, health, and well-being.
  • Lead or supervise professionals and paraprofessionals, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Plan and implement comprehensive treatment programs to support clients’ independence and productivity.
  • Document activities, progress, and modifications to therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

  • Licensed therapist with expertise in occupational therapy or physical therapy.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic practices and principles acquired through formal education.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary treatment teams.
  • Skilled in designing and fabricating adaptive equipment and instructing clients in its use.
  • Passion for helping clients achieve independence, productivity, and overall well-being.
  • Willingness to engage in short-to-long term positions with the potential for travel experiences.
